I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Snowflower RV Resort. The views were stunning, especially during sunset, and there were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained, especially my teenagers. However, I did experience some disappointment with the customer service, which wasn't up to the usual standard. I feel the resort needs to improve its staffing to match the quality of the location and facilities.

I stayed in a small cabin that was relatively clean and cute, but it had some issues. The blinds didn't work properly, and the bed in Cabin #3 was wall-to-wall, making it difficult for seniors to access comfortably.
Service

The service during my stay was lacking compared to previous visits. I hope they can improve staffing to provide the customer service I’ve come to expect.

The location is fantastic! The campground is huge, well-maintained, and offers beautiful views. Each site offers a good amount of privacy, especially the spots up on the hill.

The bathhouse facilities were clean and well-stocked, and the hot showers were a lifesaver given the dusty conditions. However, I would have appreciated deck chairs at the cabin for relaxing outside.

I had a fantastic time at the Snowflower RV Resort! The stunning views of the lake and mountains were a real highlight, and the sites, nestled among the trees, felt spacious and private. However, leveling my trailer was a bit challenging, and I would have preferred more full hookups.

The RV sites were well laid out, surrounded by beautiful trees and close to the lake, which was perfect for my son's kayaking.

The resort is conveniently located near historic sites like Donner Memorial and the charming town of Truckee, making it a great base for exploration.

There were no dining facilities on site, but I appreciated having the option to enjoy homemade desserts nearby.

The heated pool was clean, although I wish it stayed open later since it closed at 5 PM, and the lake was a nice alternative for swimming.

I had a fantastic stay at Snowflower RV Resort! The natural beauty around the park is amazing, like being in a National Park. The kids loved biking and toasting s'mores by the staff's campfire, but the internet speed could really use some improvement.

I had a great family experience at Snowflower RV Resort. The location near the pool and fire pit was perfect, and both the staff and facilities were well-maintained. However, the limited dump station availability was frustrating, and it took some time to get to family-friendly activities from our site.

We had a spot across from the pool and fire pit which was really convenient.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, particularly Jeremy and Adam who made our stay enjoyable.

The park is beautifully forested, but some areas were a bit far from family activities.

S'mores under the stars were a nice touch; just wish the rules were a bit more relaxed.
Facilities

The pool was clean and the restrooms were decent, though they could use more frequent checks.

My stay at Snowflower RV Resort was quite the experience. I appreciated the friendly staff and their guidance as this was only my second time RV camping. However, a few challenges arose, like the lack of tables at our site and some unwelcome bear encounters due to overflowing dumpsters. Overall, I found the improvements made by new management promising, though there are still areas for growth.

Rooms

The RV spots were easy to access, but I was disappointed that we didn't have a table, which made dining less convenient.
Service

The staff was friendly and provided valuable advice, particularly in preparing for potential bear interactions.
Location

The location was nice for escaping the valley heat during the summer, though I found the lake nearby less appealing than expected.
Dining

I couldn't find any dining options nearby, but it was easy to prepare meals at my RV instead.
Facilities

The campground seemed well-maintained with new gravel, but I noticed some issues with trash management that attracted bears.
